Pablo Martínez López faithfully represents the chef-entrepreneur dichotomy, where the romanticism of the artist is not at odds with a great practical and functional sense. Since he was a child, Pablo Martínez has made cooking his passion. He is currently one of the most outstanding chefs of the regional scene, being the owner of Eszencia Restaurant in Cartagena, where he gives free rein to his creativity, expertise and own style developed over more than three decades of experience with great masters such as Alfonso Ortega in Cartagena, El Chateau de Romegeouse in the French countryside, Marisa Paredes and Francis Paniego in Ezcaray (La Rioja), Fernando Bárcenas and Toño Pérez in Extremadura and Dani García in Marbella.
